Law̋ Sërër Nêōw was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1140, by Theggvong Dheirreal Streh. The establishment of Law̋ Sërër Nêōw was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Law̋ Sërër Nêōw's construction back out of the project. Theggvong Dheirreal Streh pushed on reguardles, and Law̋ Sërër Nêōw was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Law̋ Sërër Nêōw was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Law̋ Sërër Nêōw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Law̋ Sërër Nêōw is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive split-log ties streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

A look around Law̋ Sërër Nêōw seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.
